Crl Group Ltd provide a 24 hour 7 Days per week, 365 Days per Year Call-Out Service. We have Engineers available for your problems every day of the year.
We have a fleet of modern vehicles fully equipped with the latest technology to attend to any technical problems with your Commercial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Equipment.
Our fully qualified, ACRIB Registered Engineers are also Engineering Services SKILL card Holders and are located throughout our area of service coverage, so we always have someone close to you when the inevitable happens, and your equipment fails. Remember that preventative maintenance minimises the risk of sudden failure, which can cause real disruption if it occurs at weekends or on public holidays. Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However you can still reach us in emergencies outside of these times by simply telephoning the same number, 01492 572323, and speaking to our Helpdesk. They will ensure that the appropriate action will be taken to deal with your problem and if necessary one of our Engineers will attend your premises anytime throughout the night and on any day of the year.
We hold a comprehensive range of spare parts and stock replacement items, and each vehicle carries a full inventory of parts which is continuously replenished.
We use the latest in reclaim and recovery systems to limit the amount of down time of equipment. With a full time Store Person, any parts required can be issued to the Engineers quickly increasing our first fix rate.
Our Service Department doesn’t just offer Repairs and Preventative Maintenance, we can Recondition and Cosmetically Enhance your equipment on or off site and re-install at other sites. Possible savings of up to 75% on the cost of replacing panels; instant overnight colour changes; no de-merchandising necessary; a reduction in the amount of redundant equipment; are all available. During refurbishment of the cabinets, we can remove cosmetic damage to the metal work and by using the latest re-coating methods, we can change the colour of most surface media.
Our Engineers are certified Safe Gas Handlers and we take care to conserve the environment when we are required to de-gas condensing units particularly those containing Chlorofluorocarbons (cfc’s) or Hydro chlorofluorocarbons (hfc’s). The release of these substances contributes to the damage to the Ozone Layer which is essential to protect animal and plant life from ultraviolet radiation. When we recover Ozone Depleting Substances we ensure they are disposed of and destroyed in an environmentally safe manner.
