A Maintenance Agreement on your commercial refrigeration or air conditioning equipment can save you money on your annual repair costs.

The Agreement covers traveling time and labour for a 12-month period

We would normally carryout one annual routine inspection and mechanical service on the equipment, though more frequent scheduling can be planned to suit your specific requirements.

Additionally, on failure of the equipment during the period of the Agreement, we would make service calls, the travel and labour costs of which are included within the annual fee.

Cover is provided on the refrigeration system only, and is for work that can be carried out on site.

Should replacement parts, materials or refrigerant gas be recommended, the costs thereof would be chargeable, but the Agreement covers the labour costs of fitting.
